How to add new game to database?

I'm talking about Shadowrun Hong Kong. It's presented on Amazon: [Link removed - login to see] (unavailable though) and on Steam: [Link removed - login to see]
Somewhere else maybe. I don't think it was ever published on CDs. I can't find it in search box, neither pasting link works. Is it possible at all?
