How about buying/ trading between members?

Alex 19 years, 6 months ago at Oct 27 1:43 -
I realize you may not be able to use Amazon to buy through... how about the option to buy or trade DVDs? You're halfway there already, you have the ability to see who has something that's on your wish list... I've got a few DVDs that I wouldn't mind parting with if I could find something I could trade for. Or buy. Then, of course, I suppose that would include a feedback piece so you could make sure people were delivering... just a thought. The trading angle isn't really something that I've ever see done.

You might be interested in Peerflix - www.peerflix.com/ - it's a DVD trading service. I haven't used it myself, but I've seen people recommend it.

Trading would be amazing, my tastes change over time.

I checked out Peerflix... that's not really what I'm talking about. That was more for a lending/ renting type thing. I'm thinking, say, I have 4 or 5 movies that I would like to part with... instead of taking them to a store and getting 2 or 3 dollars for them, why not trade them with someone else? For keeps, I mean. Or, I could post a price for them and sell a used copy if someone wanted to just buy it outright. Just a thought.
