Horrible Pinging Ad

I have just joined, but listal seems to be unusable for me. I keep getting an ad with a horrible loud high-pitched pinging sound. It is unbearable. It's for Mobile Spy list here in Mexico as Espía Móvil. No website is worth visiting if one has to put up with that sound.

Is there a way to get rid of it?

try adblocker/adblock plus

Tom has ad blocking on the site so is it possible that it's not from the site but from another page you have open?

Also, adblock plus is a godsend. Definitely worth a try.

Please can you tell me the location on the page the ad appeared on and which page, a screenshot would be good if you can provide one. There shouldn't be any sound on the ads.
