Hmm, I'd say that Waseca, Minnesota is a very nice, fresh place during the summer. There are Many trees around ( the area is very green ! ) During the winter it is quite cold (temperatures go down to below -19 degrees ! ), there is plenty of snow.
It's a very pleasant & nice Environment ^-^

Just about anywhere in Oregon. Portland itself is probably too big, but there are countless smaller towns throughout the state. Most areas, including Portland, are heavily forested and apart from a few odd stretches during the Summer, the weather is generally cloudy and overcast. Quite a bit of rain, but snow isn't too common and nowhere near the kind of coverage that places like Minnesota get.
If politics are important to you, the Portland-Metro area and Eugene lean far to the left, most everywhere else is either moderate or conservative. I live in the Portland area myself, but 20-40 minutes from here and you're in forests that make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

Yeah, no problem ! ^-^ There are many small towns in the surrounding area, by the way.

Manchester, Ohio. Dark, really small town. Pretty much everything you want. But I hate it here.

wait just let me tell u something first and keep this in mined, u live out in the desert, or a place at least like a outdoor country, u can do whatever u want and never disturb the peace if u don't mine the long drive to the town or city, but if u live in a city, u have limits, but u got alot around u to do...just crowded and noisy.
i'd prefer the country out doors:)

My idea of a nice town is Manhattan, NYC. ;) However, I grew up in a small town called Canal Fulton in Ohio. It was about 3000 people when I left and moved to Canton. I would recommend both. Definitely cold and snowy and CF has lots and lots of woods.
