help me identify a movie!

there is this catchy scene in the movie : a kind of a dark room is shown first with a kind of a hacker in it who is very busy in front of two monitors. so much is he engrossed that when he slowly reaches for a thermos on his desk it may seem that he's gonna pour some hot coffee but instead he lowers it under the desk and starts urinating in it.

the movie doesnt have anything to do with hackers and virtual realities, therefore such movies as "johnny mnemonic", "nirvana", "hackers" and so on are unlkely to have this scene, although in terms of the production year they should be quite close as i remember watching this movie in mid 90s.

that hacker episode was just a separate thing. he was in a kind of a bunker, it was like his lair, and he was very profficient in hacknig code/protection. so the two main characters of the film -- a guy and a girl -- dropped in at his lair to ask him to decode a disk or something that contained some crucial information which then took him a few days to hack, that's why he was so busy to deny himself the pleasure of the bathroom, perhabs.
