Help with imbedded Youtube links

Trying to add a Youtube link to some lists, but i DONT want them to play on page load. I want users to CLICK to play each one. Problem is if a list has a dozen videos, they all stream simultaneously, which is quite shitty.

If you use the custom listal youtube tag they should not play automatically e.g.
