HELP - How do you adjust images from external sources

This may just need a little HTML but how do you fit an external image/s to a reduced, more visible, width on listal?

Help please

Upload/add the image the movie page (with a description saying why it relates to the movie) and then embed it with the image tag e.g. for this image url
