I hate to ask, in need of help for an expression for char.

Okay, I want to draw a character, and I remembered one expression I wanna draw them in... but I don't remember it...

My best source would be One Piece... I don't know where but it happens a lot...
When one of the crew members gets their hopes up, and then another one tells them something they didn't know, and they are on the floor with their head down or hang their head and this little blue squiggly drop thing shows up above their heads... it looks kind of like... a wisp with a swirl in the center or something

I could really use a picture of it, I hate to ask, but I can't find it anywhere -.-' plus, I'm not sure if my prnt scrn button works...
