Hard to add video & links to lists HELP

I make lists with many links and videos. Each requires a bunch of clicking. How can i automatically add the "

I probably should have rephrased that with "hard to format".
I have found something of a solution; Notepad++ has a Macro recording feature that does a lot of the work for me. With videos i still have to remove lots of stuff from the tail and with links i still have to write the description.

Now how about having this macro work inside FiFo(firefox).

I'm planning on making it easier to add images/videos to custom list notes in the future.

I cannot figure out how to add items to a list I have created in the order I want them to appear. I am trying to make a 30 day song challenge list and can't figure out where I write "day 02 ;least favorite song" once I have added that song as an item to my list. Are there basic directions for creating lists? I am very new to listal, love the concept and am very computer savvy and cannot figure this out for the life of me! Help please if you were able to figure this out ;)

To add a notes to a list item you need to click "add note" when you are viewing the list. You need to make sure the list or section display mode is in "notes view" though.
