What Happened to the sub-rul layout?

I came to the site and when I go to view my sub-url I don't see much there other than 2 boxes. It doesn't show a list of tags or anything.

is this temporary

It never showed tags, the individual sections show the tags as usual.

The only thing removed is the list of recently added items and box above it saying 'this will be replaced with a personal message'.

I will probably be changing it soon though.
