Glitch with adding Cleopatra

This has happened a few times in the the past couple years and it was fixed immediately but it seems it has happened again.

I added "Cleopatra 75th Anniversary Edition (Universal Backlot Series) (1934)" to my watched list but when I open the file it takes me to a Region 2 VHS version of Clueless.
