Ghost Comments

On a lot of lists and/or reviews, I always notice that it says '1 Comment' in the top right hand corner, yet there are no comments on the list. I don't recall deleting or removing comments, but maybe profiles get deleted and such. Any change of refreshing that number so that it updates in real time?
