If what he was posting was anime than apparently I haven't been watching anime.

While I think Tom tries to promote a positive vibe here at Listal I really think a Report option might be necessary so that everyone can just Report a bad user rather than relying on complaints in the forums.

Seemed to me like it was a ploy to become a Mod. He did actually say "If i was a Mod i would have the power to end this" so it was an easy assumption to make.

There are ways of banning based on ip address or something like that. I've noticed some places which warn that getting banned means you're permanently banned, either while using the same e-mail address or while on the same computer. I can see a flaw in either of these, with someone entering someone else's e-mail address (e-mail confirmation should be a requirement if this angle is taken) or someone using the same computer as another user. It's overall worth it though.

I think Tom needs some help when it comes to building the site. Most websites have a team, but Tom's just one man with three letters to his name. The functions Listal incorporates aren't as incredibly advanced as some sites (like scanning barcodes to add your stuff), but the site's appeal doesn't rely on that type of thing. Quicker updates will be simple with a team if Tom's updating this fast on his own.

Off topic: Chemistry is the only class I dropped this year. We'll both be struggling with beakers next year Yama.
