well, I guess I don't get what constitutes nudity...half the pictures on this site should be deleted

It falls under the nudity category if the image is a real-life nude (the very specifics may be concealed, but the idea is plain to see). Drawn or painted nudes still fall under the artistic nude category, so long as they don't go too far or realistic with it.
A Renaissance painting of a naked goddess? That's okay. A photo-realistic wax figure of a celebrity naked, for instance? Probably not. =]

^ Since it's for a Women's Fashion magazine, Allure and everything is well covered up. I would allow this image. Tasteful borderline nudity is acceptable. Sometimes its hard to draw the line but we try our best.

Tasteful is in the eye of the beholder, is it not? I've seen nudes that have been very much tasteful and artistic. I've seen non-nudes (so-called) that are downright pornographic. Still want to know...if the model is wearing a thong, is the 99% of her bare ass not considered nudity?
