Games like Borderlands

Well I’m a bit obsessed with the Borderlands game, and I haven't really been capable to find another game that entertains me as much as Borderlands. Do you know any game that might be somehow familiar to Borderlands or any other suggestions of games worth trying?
I prefer first person shooter games, and I really like games with levels!

Mass Effect has similar elements to Borderlands :) i only played Borderlands again this year after finishing up the Mass Effect trilogy

first time playing it i didn't like it so much, but after playing through the mass effect trilogy i really like it now its fun

Rage has a similar setting but not so many weapons. It has driving sections as well so worth checking out if you like that sort of thing. You might also enjoy Fallout 3, more of an RPG, but really excellent.
