Gallary image issue

I was trying to add some images in "hannah ferguson" gallary. But it's continuously giving error that "this image is already added to this gallary, even though the images are not in the gallary. At first i thought that this is may be cause of the file name than i change the file names and tried uploading again but the result was same.

What is the problem?

Have you tried posting from the main profile page and the gallery page?
* I was able to upload a test image from both areas...

Are you 100% they are not already in the gallery did you look over all 1300 photos because i had this happen to me just once so far and i ended up finding the duplicate in the said gallery so maybe you should look again and if they aren't and you still cant upload them try uploading them to a image hosting site like imgur than just add the pictures via URL and that should work.

@ducknation: no they are not in the gallary. They are the new shoots of hannah ferguson. And now the same images is uploaded by someone else.
