Filtering Search Engines

I was trying to see what the top voted picture is on his site and I don't exactly get what I'm looking for. As seen here. Anyway to filter pictures searches so I can get something different?

Which filters would you like to see added?

When tags are put in place that should help, right?

Not sure which filters really but I guess tags do help.
