15 years, 5 months ago at Nov 11 15:24 - Would it be possible to add a feature to filter recent reviews by whether I have an item - so I'd be able to find reviews for cds I own or films I have seen? It would make it easier to find reviews that I thought deserved a vote.
It might also be nice to quickly find recent reviews for things on my wanted lists too.

I always thought recommendations should have its own page for each user as opposed to a comment on the profile.

15 years, 5 months ago at Nov 12 11:39 - Just found the "Movie recommendations by User" pages - they're rather cool. So I can see the movies you rate highly but I've not seen, and you could do the same with me. It might be cool if there was a way to do this over multiple users - so all my friends for instance. "Movie recommendations by Zabdiel's Friends" would give me a good reason to try and persuade some friends to sign up and us listal.

I was referring to a collaborative Friends Recommendations page, afterall we have comparisons with other users under the Friends button. That way we could see the most recommendeded films by your contacts ratings.
Aswell as a showcase of any personal recommendations from one user to another. I may dislike a film but see it as perfect for another friend/user. It'd be easier to keep track of them all instead of just waiting for them to fall off your comments wall.

I shouldn't be surprised since you've rated over 2500 films!
There's the "Recommend item" on all items which is a cool idea - but I've never used it.

15 years, 5 months ago at Nov 13 12:51 - Yeah, it posts a comment on the wall of the person you recommended to. If you care to check my wall at the moment, Grand Assault has recommended me a very special item.
I suggested ages ago that recommendations could go automatically into a list but I'm feeling a Recommendations Page could be a lot better.

15 years, 5 months ago at Nov 13 16:08 - Hmm... I didn't realise that it did that - I assumed that it sent them a message or something. It could be rather embarrassing if someone didn't realise that's how it worked and recommended special items to people that might not want them on their profile ;)
