Film Ending That You Went 'WTF'?

You Know, When You Watch A Film And Suddenly The Ending Turns Out To Be Something Else And You Jump In The Air And You Go Like, WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?'

For Me, The First Time Was When I Was Watching ORPHAN (2009)... Its Actually A Very Good Film! I Mean, Little Esther Is Not Little Esther At All, She Is Like A 30+ Woman Disguised As A 9-Yr. Old Kid And Boy! Did That Shook And Disturb Me At The Same Time.... I'm Not Gonna Pat The Head Of A 9-Yr. Old Ever Again!

Identity. Worst ending ever.

At least one of the worst endings ever, Henrik. I remember thinking Identity were freaking awesome up til the point were everything is revealed.

Both of these endings I understood, (one admittedly required a second viewing) but just those are the first two movies that come to mind that truly had me floored!

vintage: Peter Hyams should have his legs broken for making 2010 (1984). It was totally unecessary and a huge letdown... Anyway a strange ending that comes to mind is Fat Girl (2001). It's being re-released in Criterion Blu-ray soon. Check it out but it's not for kids.

Probably Knowing. I *get* it, but it pisses me off that the guy who figured out the entire meaning of the numbers wasn't permitted to go with the children. And, the only animals the kids brought with them were bunnies! I hope they realized that they need protein from *something*.

How about the ending of Inception? At least let us know if the thing is gonna fall over or not! Or Limbo (1999), although you may be angry with me after you watch it.

Five Fingers is one that nobody has mentioned. It's a good film with a very "WTF" ending. I recommend it.

American Psycho did this to me- not sure what I was expecting, but I didn't get the ending at all. Definitely a reason to watch it 3 more times. :) Very good movie.

The Human centipede because I thought it would turn around and nope it left me going wtf this is the worst film ever!

The ending for kickass was sort of what the fuck to me, being as I read the comic, and sort of figured they would go with the comic ending. In my mind, the really should have.

The movie Stay (2005) was a mindfuck, very good too.
