I have seen a lot of random chicks dressed up as a comic book character in the galleries, and to me anyone can dress up as that character and post that picture so like I said just wanted to know what is allowed.

11 years, 6 months ago at Nov 8 22:44 - No, my understanding is that only cannon pictures of a comic book characters should be allowed. Cosplay or any other pics of random people in costumes should be reported as invalid.
Users should be uploading those sorts of things into their personal profile galleries.
