Few suggestions

Second thing .. in music albums there is a lot o items that double (like same album in 2 diferent items) and artists too (like: Beethoven; Ludwig Van Beethoven)

That's one of the things up next to be dealt with on Listal. Trouble is, we need members who use good discretion to edit and merge albums properly. A while back, Listal had a few members who cleaned up the Video Games section very nicely. If we can have that kind of dedication exerted on the Music section, I think we could make this happen.

Third is question .. why some tags are automaticlty correct first letter to capital (uppercase) , while some tags are with small capitals (lowercase)

If they're spelled the same, I agree, they should be one tag. But that might be tricky - if someone tags it "Romantic Comedy" and someone else tags it "romantic comedy", who's to say it's a proper term and should be capitalized, or that it's just two common words and should be left un-capitalized?

I forget ... one more question
What will happen if i add picture using url .. and after that picture was deleted from original server, will picure remain on listal or not ?

A new image URL will be created especially for Listal, but not so for videos. In fact, I've upload pictures on here with the notion in my head that if I don't preserve them, they'll disappear from whatever server they're from.
