LoginFeature Request: Lists of reported duplicate images

11 years, 6 months ago at Oct 24 9:40 - I report a lot of duplicate images and one issue I notice is that if the deleted duplicate is on any lists or collections, the image just disappears silently from the list without the owner of the list/collection being notified.
Since you have can access the set of lists for the image, would it be possible to copy them over to the new image? Or at least notify the list owner of the deleted image & it's replacement?
I'm thinking some of the lists have been patiently built and are pretty large. It's not easy to tell what's lost, so this would be a very useful feature.

11 years, 6 months ago at Oct 24 12:31 - A few days ago I noticed a missing image in a list of mine, but clicking on the blank icon ("Upload a picture") I was redirected from the link of the deleted picture to to link of the (still surviving) duplicate image, which I could use to replace the deleted one.
Of course it would be better if the duplicate image is replaced automatically in the list.

11 years, 6 months ago at Oct 24 15:03 - Hmm! I think it works that way in actual item lists. In Image collections, the image just disappears without any placeholder, so you won't even know it's gone.
