Favorite Movie Twists (caution: SPOILER ALERT!!)

Caution: Since this thread is to highlight favorite movie twists, please be cautious reading this thread, especially if it mentions movies you haven't seen yet.
Don't say you weren't warned. :)
To posters: even though I put this warning, still try to keep the twists very general in description.

I'll start:
- Sixth Sense: the major realization about who Bruce Willis was at the end
- Bourne Supremacy: it happened early on but still threw me for a twist. I'm referring to what happened to Franka Potente (Bourne's girlfriend).
- Children of Men: similar to Bourne Supremacy's twist; what happened to Julianna Moore at the roadside ambush.
- V for Vendetta: revelation of who was torturing Evey.

a few more good ones:
- Memento: the shocking ending (or more appropriately, the beginning)
- The Machinist: Trevor's realization of what has haunted him.
- Crash: the little girl's lucky charm her dad gave her.
- The Illusionist: Eisenheim's greatest illusion's secret.
- The Edukators: the take-down by the SWAT police at the very end.
- One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest: when Jack Nicholson came back from his last and final 'treatment', and subsequent action by his friend.
- Seven: the box at the end. need I say more?
- Arlington Road: realizing too late he helped the terrorist instead of stopping him.
- Dot the I: about 3 or 4 non-stop twists through the end. Wow, what a ride that was!
- The Interview: realization the suspect was messing with him and trapping him the whole time.

I liked the incestuous twist in Obsession (1976), De Palma's reworking of Hitchcock's Vertigo. I can't help but chuckle at the gross-out silliness of a daughter taking revenge against her father by seducing him and then stealing his money. And the scene where it's revealed, with Geneviève Bujold looking down at the suitcase full of blank strips of paper which swirl around her in the ocean breeze, pitifully yelling out for her daddy while John Lithgow mocks her is so brilliantly sick. De Palma is some kind of filmmaker.

I think that Fight Club was one for me the first time I watched it. I watched it not knowing what on earth it was about and I was completely surprised by the "revelation" (I'm not even going to post a spoiler because I don't want to wreck it for anyone who hasn't seen it :P).
There are too any films which I found too easy to figure out. The aforementioned V for Vendetta moment above was one for me, and I was actually quite annoyed at myself for guessing. :P

Sixth Sense
Unbreakable - Finding out who was cause all the accidents
Primal Fear - Finding which side of Aaron is really in control

You can usually spot a twist coming and make a reasonably informed guess about what it's gonna be but both Fight Club & The Usual Suspects got me. Wasn't expecting either.
In a similar vein enjoyed the final scenes of Oceans Eleven when it was revealed how they had duped the casino to rob the vaults.

I recently watched Derailed and it surprised me at the end. It made the opening scene make a lot more sense.

The Sting is a great one. You know that there is a con going on, but when you finally get to see how they did it, you take a step back and say "Wow!"

I think the twist at the end of the first saw film was great.
I also think the twist at the ending of War,was O.K

The Others - Grace and the children discover the truth about themselves.
Identity - It's all in your head.

The Uninvited (2009 American remake of the 2003 South Korean horror film A Tale of Two Sisters.)- Main character's sister is actaully dead.

Saw - When jigsaw stands up...forgot all about the dead man!
Saw II - Amanda as jigsaw's apprentice...kinda suprised me (Probs wasn't paying enough attention)
Sixth Sense - When he finds out at the end...blew me away!
Harry Potter: Prisoner of Azkaban - Didn't read the book, so Sirius Black being the good guy suprised me.
V for Vendetta - The torture thing

The movie was so-so but how about the twist at the end of No Way Out (1987) when we find out what Kevin Costner's character really does.

Frailty - I love this one. Not only because of the twist itself, more the extrem provoking note this movie evolves as the revelation arrives.

Grand Hotel (1932) not the ending you expect!

If i haven't overlooked something, How come nobodys mentioned "The Prestige" twist at the end!?
Who would ever guess that ending!?
Who would ever guess that ending!?

Oh c'mon I saw the twist ending in The Prestige coming a mile away, although it was still a good movie. The Shawshank Redemption, now there's a classic twist ending!

Gerry (2002) had a pretty good twist ending too. Oh and let's not forget Charlton Heston and two of his best twist endings: Planet of the Apes and Soylent Green. "They’re people!"

2012= I love it when they open the ship's door to the people.
Pursuit of Happiness= I liked it when Will Smith finally had became successful.
Paranormal Activity= I hate it when i found out it wasn't that scary at all..
