Obvious (especially since it was parodied on South Park), but the fistfight in John Carpenter's They Live (1988) is truly awesome.

The final fight in Fist of Legend (1994) starring Jet Li is pretty amazing, even by the Hong Kong kung-fu standards.

Favourite movie fights would be:
Fight Club: All underground fights, especially the last one.
Rocky 1-6: Most of the fights were awesome.
Undisputed 2: the last ring fight against Uri Boyka..:)

There's a good gun-kata fight at the end of EQUILIBRIUM. The final fight at the end of EASTERN CONDORS is cool. The fight at the end of DRUNKEN MASTER II is considered a classic. The spiritual fighter fight at the end of SPOOKY ENCOUNTERS is great. I've always been fond of the pie fight in THE GREAT RACE.

Drunken Master II fight at the end, as coyoteblue said, is great so is the one from Drunken Master I
Jason and the Argonauts vs. Skeletons is awesome stop motion fight
Bride in the blue room while fight the Crazy 88's is great.
The Transporter in the bus station fight is cool also.

funniest fight was Indiana Jones vs Guy with a sword in Cairo's market. lol... just pulls out a gun and shoots him! classic!

and another one from Raiders, Indy vs all the Nazis in the truck, and finally vs the truck driver. brutal, painful, insane, terrifying... awesome!

i love the Fight Club scenes, and Kill Bill's... also Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon fight scenes are great!

The Punisher (2004 remake): Frank versus The Russian
Blade Runner: Deckard verus Roy
Rocky IV: Rocky fighting Drago in Russia
Sin City: Marv and Kevin (more amusing for what they don't show you)

the original Karate Kid's final fight. might be cheese, but how could you not cheer when he did that one-legged stork kick (or whatever it was called) and the girl runs into his arms. (and at start of part 2, they quickly mention she ran off with another guy, and totally killed that film and all other sequels.. lol)

Aaaah, the crane kick...

Yep, I loved that fight as a kid, and, having watched the film again a couple of weeks ago, still like it now. The film as a whole stood up quite well against how I remembered it, which is no mean feat.
