Re-animator would be #1. From Beyond is another good one. Really, any of the Stuart Gordon ones are good.

Re-Animator is #1 for me. Stuart Gordon is the only person on the planet that can turn a Lovecraft story into a good movie.

I also loved Dreams in the Witchouse from Master's of Horror.

The Call of Cthulhu by the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society is considered a faithful adaption and a good movie.
