i posted a comment on facebook yesterday about my favorite food--lately anyway--after a person said cheese and tea was his recipe for happiness. i mentioned that i currently eat to live rather than live to eat. this summer my favorite days menu includes--orange juice--milk--cantaloupe--cottage cheese--a little stir- fried chicken breast, or cold roast beef, a baked-microwaved- potato, 5 hersheys hugs and a small piece of lemon bundt cake with a bit of smucker's blueberry syrup over it. and i drink a lot of water, because it is really hot this summer in oklahoma. i have ice cream for a snack occasionally. i can't imagine listing a single food as my favorite. there are no fast food places hereabouts or i might be tempted to say-sbarro's pizza. oh i guess it would be in a mall. i may not live to eat--but i am a master at food that requires little or no time and effort to prepare.
