That way if I didn't want to make my own Star Wars Custom List, and I saw somebody else's That I really liked... I could just add theirs as a favorite (putting it on my Movies Overview page).

Also, it'd be nice to see similar lists based on content, instead of the current "Other lists on this topic", which is based on titles. It would also help to reduce the amount of identical lists.
