FAQ threads lost within the trash

I don't have much time left on my library clock, but I noticed that under the new system the FAQ is lost in the trash and other legit threads. Now would probably be a good time to do something with those FAQ threads like give them their own section so that new people can find them easy and not have to traipse through the other stuff.

I would prefer the faqs to be all in one page, if someone wants to make this I can 'sticky' it to the top of the page.

Otherwise I will make one at some point.
