Fall TV Season

Sooo... what shows are you guys looking forward to this season? Any highly anticipated returns? Any new series beginning that you can't wait for? Any canceled shows you wish were returning?!

Personally, I'm kinda looking forward to Bionic Woman. Yeah, yeah... cheese and all, I can't resist a chick who can kick ass. I'm also morbidly curious about that new American Idol-ish show looking for the next great american band, or whatever it is. I'm really hoping to see some large egos and drama. I'm not a fan of sitcoms, though, so very few new series have caught my interest this fall.

As for returning: Prison Break for my weekly dose of beefcake (which started last night), Heroes, and Supernatural and one of my absolute favourites, Friday Night Lights.

Canceled shows... I wish Deadwood was coming back (though I guess that was a summer series.)... And maybe Veronica Mars the way it was in the first season.

Only thing I'm wanting to see is the return of Heroes.
Other than that I'll watch them on DVD and watch my IPTV shows.

I'm looking forward to a lot of show returns! The Office, House, Bones, Smallville, How I Met Your Mother... just to name a few. A new show I'm looking forward to is Pushing Daisies. Cancelled shows I'll miss are Veronica Mars and Standoff :(.

Oh... and I can't believe I forgot The Office! :) So much love for that show.... one of the few comedies I can actualyl stand to watch.

I just found out half the shows making a first run on Space this season failed in the US and either got cancelled without a conclusion, or degraded till the plot was sugary and pointless. On the bright side, Supernatural and BSG are coming back for another season. That makes me happy...or it will once they start airing.

There are a lot of shows out that are only on the internet that so great that I never need to turn on my TV.

I can't stand TV shows these days. I've actually cancelled my basic TV service and am loving it.

The only shows I watched regularly:

The Office
Amazing Race (not sure if there's a new one coming)
Daily Show with Jon Stewart
Colbert Report
Mythbusters

thats it. Everything else is the equivalent of Cheetos for the brain cells.

And all of my fave shows are on EZTV, so I watch it on my own time schedule, and without commercials as well.
