Extended RSS Feed Titles (with Artist/Author/Director

Is there any possibility of adding a "creator" to the title or description of an RSS feed, e.g. artist/album, book/author, movie/director? All the Flash and JS widgets get that extra line of information by default, but RSS feeds only display the title of an item.

I guess as long as no one else minds this. I was thinking I should add something to the description as well.

That would be most righteous. Recently switched over from Vox and I'm liking this much better. =)
