Expoting data?

juniorbonner 19 years, 8 months ago at Sep 6 6:57 -
Nice looking site and potentially useful.

I am wondering though whether there will be an option to export your data out of the system (xml, excel)?

I am not sure that I will want to spend a great deal of time inputting data and creating my library, if I cannot back up all of that information. What happens if the site goes down, or you go out of business, etc?

I carry around a list of my entire collection in my PDA, so having a way to export the data is key.

+1 to that. The longer I spend on listal, the more I love it, but the ability to export so I can put in in my PDA or similar would be lovely. The RSS thing is nice for now, though, until we get it! :)

How about BibTeX? I'm using Booxter as it exports BibTeX. I'd move to Listal if I could export BibTeX for essays.

Very nice site and service.

I think I may wait with adding too much material though until there's an export feature for the reasons mentioned above.

On a completely different note, how about a favicon?

Fennel DVDManager is used by alot of Mac users.
I'm sure they'd all appriciate compatability with it.
