Excluding Items from "My top rated"

Would it be possible to have a way of excluding certian items from "My top rated"? Reason - I've added Ordnance Survey maps to my collection. I'd rate them all as 9 or 10 (as thy're great maps) but I don't really want my top rated books to be a list of OS maps so I've rated them as 8...
