What exactly is a "Long Review"

I was just going through the whole points system and it caught my eye that there were two types of reviews: a "Long" review and a normal review. I get that a long review is longer, but exactly what identifies "Longer"? Is there a certain word count I should pass? It would be great if somebody could explain this to me. Thank you!
