Error message when creating a new profile

Hi guys, I can't add a profile here.
I've been trying for a few months now but everytime I try adding the profile from IMDB, I get this error message.
The profile is from a kpop idol www.imdb.com/name/nm17227549/?ref_=tt_cst_t_1 and I can't add her without the IMDB profile because there's already a person with the same name and spelling.
I had the same issue when creating her groupmates's profile but I was able to create it, hers is the only one I'm still having issues with.

I get the same error. This happens (rarely). It may have to do with the other profile with identical name, even though that is usually processed just fine.

That's REALLY unusual because IMDb issues a unique URL for every celebrity, so a new profile should come up as "John Doe (II)" for example.

Another one I've run into; no details, just "ERROR: Could not create profile"

Any mods have ideas on why this happens?

Not that anyone is listening, but I thought I'd add that it happens with any IMDb link, not just the one I mentioned earlier.

not just a problem with persons, it is also happening with series, movies, ....
(and there is a problem with creating pages for films: the actors and director are often not written
