Editing list problem

The edit/rearrange items etc. links on lists *which have a header image* seem to have disappeared!
They are still appearing/functioning on my lists that do not have a header image.

It should reappear if you direct your mouse pointer to the top left of the header image.

Yes it usually does but it's not appearing there on my lists.
I'm using an iPad so maybe it's still working via desktop?

Ah okay, yes I'm using a desktop and it's working fine so perhaps it is effecting IPad's as you say.
