Edit Layout Problem

On edit layout page, my setting could not be saved correctly. I can not see many items now and can not edit their position using drag drop functionality. My left column is empty and can not move any items from the right column.

I had to leave my "Edit Profile" page and come back...then I could move items from Left and RIght columns to "Unused modules"

I am not able to drop any item to Unused Modules or Left Column. And many modules are missing, I see only 6 Green items.

The missing modules should be back now and you should be able to drag to empty columns
