Would be nice for them to acknowledge that undercurrent of chemistry between them, but I'm not sure them as an item would be feasible. Besides, the last thing I want is for it to turn into some on-again/off-again relationship soap opera.

Jensen Ackles is awesome, however. I liked the recent episode where each brother was telling their version of events, and Dean's portrayal of Sam was hilarious.
