Does this feature exist?

I have saved other lists (I've not made them), for example I saved blue cars list and red cars list. Is it possible to view 1 feed where I see both red and blue cars? as well as have new pics of red/blue cars appear in my feed when others upload them to those lists?

Some types of lists have the RSS feed. You can find it under "Related lists", on the right hand side of the page. Image lists don't have RSS feed, though.
