Does anybody know how to center a picture (or any writing)?

I am making a list and I would like to center a picture and a couple of words with it. I'm not sure how, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it on other lists before, like these:

"Around the world with Listal's members" by johanlefourbe and "My Top Movies" by AgentLexi.

The first has pictures and some words and the second has some words at the bottom. I'm not sure how they did it, but I would love to know and it would be very helpful. Any answers are much appreciated and I'll make sure I return the favor :)!

Like this? ;D

Just type in the word center surrounded by the less than and greater than signs before whatever you wish to have centered. Everything after that will be centered. If you want something else after that isn't centered, you'll have to input the same after the centered pic or text but put a backslash right before the word center.

There's other stuff you can do here:
www.listal.com/help/html

Using centering is just like using bold or italics for text. The only diff is that you type the word center in instead of b or i.
