Do we report spoilers?

I sometimes see tags or images depicting the ending or important twist of a film or short and I wonder if we could request to have it removed.

One thing we could do is that we give every tag and image section a separate spoiler section to place images and tags which spoil an important aspect of the film and people can access this section if they want by checking off a box or selecting it as watched.

Spoilers really have a significant impact on the emotional impact of some movies and I'd like it if there was some control on that.

The last thought I have on spoilers is that sometimes the spoiler is about what makes the film so enjoyable or so depressing. It's really hard to figure out what should be labeled as a spoiler or not. It can serve to promote it or deter people from watching it.

I know that in lists there is a way to black out any spoiler info unless it is scrolled over by the cursor. Obviously that can't be done to tags or pics but I don't believe we can excise them simply because they are spoilers.

Usually the movies have already been seen by many anyway.

Your ideas for a separate spoiler section might be something for the new 'version' of Listal though, I couldn't say. I do agree with you about not wanting the experience 'spoiled' though.

For now all I can advise is to not look too closely at those.
