display thumbnails in update feed?

why is that display thumbnails for pictures im posting are not showing on my update feed or even in celeb profiles i have to click on the "view all" to see all the pics im posting im not even posting adult pics or anything like wtf you literally have to click on the full gallery to see all the images im posting on a celeb profile
