Digitally Enhanced Star Wars

I hate what Lucas did by digitally enhancing Star Wars...it really takes away from the 70s charm of the thing...Its a stone throw away from editing 'The Last Supper'.
I cant for the life of me find an unedited version, before the digital remastering took hold! When I speak of S.W, I mean the real 3, not the other 3 that are pretending to be Star Wars. I absolutely hate the part where Han Solo walks around Jabba and steps on his tail..I also hate the remastered Sarlaac.
I hear now that Lucas is trying to put them into 3D format....I really dont know what to think of it.

I say it's a travesty I liked the "oldies" theme of them
it's disgraceful what they're doing

I know...plus the prequels ruin the existing characters, there was something so personal and human about Yoda in puppet form...ruined by the digitalisation.

true and the added blue ghost of anakin ruined the ending

Oh yeah!!! I entirely forgot about that! You're fuelling the fires of hatred here...I propose we go to Lucas' house and remaster his face!

lolz I'll get some golf clubs

I only found two parts really bad and those were the Anakin's ghost and Han-Greedo scene.
Other then those most of the added scenes didn't kill the experience.

but there were a few disappointments I expected it to be just like the old one with out the silly errors(that were made due to lack of time and money)
not change massive chunks of it

I like the special editions of the "Star Wars" movies.
Since I never got to see the original versions of the movies, the special editions were my first real taste of them.

I didn't like the subplot Lucas added where Luke has the hots for his sister.
