Difficulty adding pics and voting

The past couple days I seem to be unable to vote for images or lists. Also, When I try to add a specific picture to one of my lists, it won't let me. I click on the "Add to list" button and nothing happens. Is anyone else having this trouble?

The same here. I click on the vote button but nothing happens. I leave the page and come back, sometimes it says I voted, sometimes it doesn't. Also, I can't seem to add any pictures to a list.

So I'm not the only one. I can't edit descriptions at all either, has that been happening to you two as well? I think speak for all of us when I say that we hope that someone will respond to us.

I am also experiencing this problem.

I'm afraid not, Tom. But I appreciate your effort. I tried both - voting and adding to a list - and neither worked. I can import pictures into a list from an outside site, though...just not move from one list to another. Thanks!

I'm having the same issues with voting for lists/pictures and 'add to list' option. There also seems to be a lag in loading pages. Perhaps the server is overloaded but that's just a guess.

I'm having the same issue voting...for those of you having trouble adding to list, try hitting the refresh button and it should show up. Thanks to the moderators for addressing the issue.

unable to upload pictures and the 'add to list' option also does work for every other picture it seems like.

It seems like I can vote on maybe 1 in 20 pictures. The picture I'm able to vote for I can add to a list, but if I can't vote, the "Add to list" box will not pop up.

Nicely summarized, RHL. I'm finding the same thing. I've been trying to occupy myself by adding new people to Listal. I've come across several lovely ladies that deserve lists - and that part of the site still works! (Still...I miss being able to vote.)

That's exactly what I have narrowed it down to RHL...it's the video ads that are screwing up the voting. Whenever the ad is just a picture I can vote, but if it's that video instead then I can't vote...VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I'm the last person to suggest turning down money from advertising, but maybe Tom or one of the moderators can find away to fix the issue so we can vote AND keep the ad revenue...fingers crossed.

Well...yesterday, I could rank the person and add them to lists but couldn't vote for pics...NOW, I can vote for pics, but can't rank or add to any lists because that stupid ad is now on the front page of the profile...UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not sure what the cause of this is yet but I am still investigating

For me, when the video ad for txrpractice (starts off with people jogging) is on the screen I can't do anything...any other ad and I'm perfectly fine.

I have noticed I can hardly do anything when the ad with people running starts playing.

Yeah, it's the same for me. When the video ad is present, I can't vote, but the other ads or still pictures don't prevent it. Perhaps we could block that particular ad somehow because even when I pause it, it still prevents voting.

Well at least I know I'm not alone with these issues. My process has been choose the pic I want to add/open link in new tab/wait for new tab to load fully/close new tab/refresh original page/open link in new tab/click add to list... was working about 50% of the time, now I havent been able to add anything to a list for over an hour, no matter what I try...

OK...Now that we've all established that it's the ad with the people jogging that's F'ing up this entire website...could someone (perhaps a moderator) PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM?!?!?!?! It's been more than a week now...PLEASE...how bout 'PRETTY' PLEASE???

I can't remember a glitch or problem ever taking this long to get fixed...I'm starting to think that if you use Chrome you're just S.O.L. I can only imagine what new members using Chrome must think when they sign up and then find out they can't do ANY of the things that this site offers...gotta be a lot of WTF's out there. I still have faith in Tom though and I'm not ready to move on to another site yet...after all, this is the season to be busy and I know I've been pretty tied up over the last week with travel and family...so maybe Tom just hasn't been able to address the problem (fingers crossed) and will fix it ASAP.

I think if you posted on here and gave us an update it would be greatly appreciated...only a few are posting, but I've noticed a lot of people viewing this conversation. Personally, I would just like to know whether or not it will get fixed for members who use Chrome, or if I continue to use Chrome I will always have this problem so I need to find another site to use. I think what's bothering members is the uncertainty, and I think I can speak for all of when saying that all we want to hear from you is either; "I'm on it, and it will be fixed soon" or "Sorry, but this is the way the site will be for the foreseeable future so if you use Chrome you should find another site". I've been on this site for a long time, and part of what makes it GREAT is you addressing and fixing issues on behalf of the members needs and desires...which is another reason I encourage members to remain patient.

I reported the problem to the ad company but did not hear back from them yet. I've replace the ad with a different company does that fix the problem?

I guess I'm not alone, then...I've been unable to vote for lists for about a week. I can vote for individual pictures. I also can't continue scrolling lists, if more content needs uploading. Plus, my Header Images are all gone...

Tom, thanks so much for fixing the problem (whatever it was). I can now vote for and move images between collections. Awesome! I appreciate all your effort (and your patience listening to us whine).
