the difference between underworld and twilight

Underworldhas a far more powerful plot and doesn't rely on 'fairytale perfection' characters, nor does it use the simplest cliches in the book

there's more action, more involvement, and it doesn't leave you anywhere, nothing too fast, nothing too slow, all relatively good, it doesn't insult the name that is vampire, it'snota revolting pop teen fairytale for disney freaks

it doesn't use *AS* Lame special effects as Twilight, those were the most worthless effects EVER, Now I really can say they're fairies withteeth cuz of that movie Lmao :D
nothing is explained, no evidence, no proof behind anything, you're just expected to believe it, explanation is key, if you can make it BELIEVABLE, while still being far fetched, it is a much more powerful effect on the story as a whole... That's why most anime's suck, and it's why most fantasy paranormal things suck too
Meaning the fan base is cut down to idiotic teenage fangirls who take everything as it is and don't think twice about the hand that's feeding them, even if it is missing a limb and the thing it's feeding you is glowing and wiggling...
the Lamb and the Lion quote out of it was okay, the fans are the dumb suicidal lambs and the book is the masochistic lion, only it's not so masochistic

Both are huge rip-offs of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" which had better wrting and character developement than either.

There is no difference, they both suck. Go read the Zombie Survival Guide. There is no such thing as the Vampire Apocalypse. When I kill you because you get bitten by a zombie, I will laugh at your dead carcass.

Honestly, it is like comparing 'Total recall' with 'Terminator 2'.

In my opinion, both franchises are really different and can't really be compared.

I guess I like 'Underworld' a little bit more but I'm not a big fan whatsover.

I would say that the big difference is that 'Underworld' is action oriented, involving adults, and 'Twilight' is more romance oriented, involvind teenagers. That's it..

To me, Underworld is the best movie serie EVER MADE!!!
Everything in each one is just freacking awesome. And Kate Beckinsale is just so damn sexy. Lucky Wiseman, I wish I directed Underworld, she would have fallen in love with me like she did to marry Len. HAHAHAHA
But to answer I'd say that Underworld has far more action, amazing visuals, story and character development than Twilight. I don't say that I hate Twilight, I enjoyed them but far from Underworld. I watched Underworld a million times over and over again but I watched Twilight once only. Except for #2 because of Dakota Fanning which I've always loved. There you go.
