After quite a bit of research for this list, I know I still have to be missing a few things. Thought I would reach out to the Listal community and see if anyone could think of something that's not already listed...

I think you got it covered though. I'm not sure whether it counts but Peter Fonda played Mephistopheles in Ghost Rider.

Its only Meryl Streep left off that list now. ;-)

I had it privately concealed because I couldn't think of enough items. This is better anyway, I gladly concede. I'm also working on a God one, but can only think of about 5! Any suggestions?

George Burns in Oh God! You Devil (he actually plays both God and The Devil)

EDIT: I see you already have those. Nevermind then! :P It's much harder to think of depictions of God than Satan - Satan seems so much more memorable! Then again, I tend to root for the darker side in films anyway...
