Tom got a message from the person's management themselves (or something like that) saying that it was copyright, or that this person didn't want her images on Listal without her permission. He can't take the risk of getting himself in trouble, or having the site in trouble because of something like this.
Why would you think that this page wouldn't be deleted? If it's not supposed to be on here the first time around, it won't be permitted later. Especially when it's publicly announced on the forums that another page was created! Think!
