Deleting Ren item

I've a serious issue I can't add items, I can't rearrange item order on my list of any specific sort and delete & recreate my life's work because the Ren item constantly appears when I reached the 500 maximum limit. I confirm that the Ren item was glitch that been the burden of my creativity so my regard for my request is to delete the Ren item for good and show me how to do it
