I deleted a default/primary image by accident

Tom, I didn't mean to delete the primary/default image of this book, but somehow I did; I tried uploading a new image to replace the "x", but it doesn't appear on the book's main page or on my shelves.

Is there some way you can get back the original image? I think it was from Amazon.

i can't fix this problem. i deleted picture but didn't work.

Just click on the picture, below the post comment box there is an option to set it as the primary image for the book.
