Dark Tower

I just finished reading the Dark Tower series last week. It's an awesome series.

Did anybody here read the Dark Tower series? Were you disappointed in DT 7 or did you like the ending? I liked the ending a lot!

I haven't gotten to the last books yet. I just got through Wolves of the Calla. I do love the series so far - definately one of the best fantasy series.

I am not a big King fan, but I have enjoyed the Dark Tower series. However I disliked the ending. I was hoping for alot more. Some more answers, not questions.

Don't worry, we won't give it away. Melos, I think you'll like the ending. I was... pleasantly surprised. I don't think King is known for writing good endings, and this one was better than his usual.

I really liked the Gunslinger, but I only started the Drawing of the Three and never finished it. I think it was great science fiction through and want to give it another go when I get some time.

I loved reading this series, but I wish it didn't take so long for him to write and finish it. I had to go back and reread the early books to keep up with all that had happened. This was one series that I didn't want to end. I did think it was a little cheesy how he made a famous author become apart of the storyline.
