A friend bought me a copy of Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings and now I'm in love with the band. I later saw them in concert and it was one of the most high-energy performances I've ever seen.

Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings are signed to Daptone Records, a label specializing in 70's soul and funk revivalism. Heck, many of their releases are still LP only!
